I have a 2003 Liberty 3.7L. When the engine is warm and it is cold outside, the engine drops RPMs and dies. No codes are coming on and the jeep will restart but won't idle correctly. Any ideas? Thanks Jeff |

If it didn't have a computer and plugs, air , and fuel filters were good, I'd be looking at vacuum first. Only when it's cold out? |

Check the plugs first. When mine were worn thy caused rough idle at start-up sometimes and a miss every so often when driving at highway speeds. |

Remove, the air intake from the throttle body and clean the black carbon and gunk from the throttle body bore, TRUST ME !!! |

try what he said ^^ could be a gunked up IAC, usually if the IAC itself is bad, it'll throw a code or the idle will never drop .. then it'll throw a code |
