Well my jeep fund is slowly growing... So I've been thinking about different things to tinker with... has anyone put racing seats in thier kj? and if you have what kind? where can I get some that dont cost a fortune? And is there any way to do the backseats to? maybe like a couchy racing seat kinda thing? any help would be great! |

Good set of seats is going to sit you back 850-1000 with seat bases etc . at least Unless you want to install the old style fiberglass bucket seats we used to use ! and your thread count is going to burn your computer up Dude! You are all over the place |

summit racing has a decent padded cloth seat for sale for ~130ish here's the deal with "racing seats" you really need to be able to sit in the seat you're interested in before you throw money at it, or at least have a 30 day money back no questions asked satisfaction guarantee some of those seats look nice.. but a good road trip in them will have you taking the sawzaw to them look up the corbeau moab seats with the neoprene or cloth materials, they're comfortable seats, adapted to the stock electric adjustment of the kj seats (if you have them) they'd be a fully functional aftermarket replacement will cost you about 300 / seat not including the bracket modifications or adaptions |

If your going to buy them deff spend as much as you can afford on them. A few years back I cheaped out and got the cheap ones and put in my mudtruck. They are like hard plastic so its kewl that you can hose them down but OMG they are uncomftrable as hell. Once your strapped in good and tight though you cant move an inch.....this is good for mud dragging but for normal wheeling it hurts you. Because you cant move an inch so you cant lean and look out windows to see where your going. |

Right now my main focus is the lift you told me about. Then comes who knows what! Haha would love to throw some my moabs on there and I love cragers so we will see.

look up Sean150 he's from Toledo and I helped him install a pair of really nice seats, with the bases he had to buy and the seats he had over 1000 bucks . I know he posted pictures on here back when we did it. |
