I was driving home today when I saw a large dead tree fall all the way over the highway. Nobody got it because a train had stopped the traffic from the other direction. Three men hopped out to try to pull the tree off the road. They couldn't even budge it. So I pulled over into the ditch and yelled at them to grab my winch line. I got it all the way off the road with the winch without much of a traffic hold up. I finished the last couple of feet by pulling it in 4Lo reverse.

I know, I know...no pics it didn't happen!

Very cool Fulltimer. 8) I wish we had that on video. Maybe your local T.V. channel took footage from their traffic/news helicopter and you'll be on the local news!

TV, now that would be funny! Some lady stuck her head out her window to say she reported the downed tree and the county was sending a TEAM out to take care of it! Come to think of it that would make a good story!

Never moved a fallen tree out of the way, but I have moved trashcans out of the street. :jester:

Last night I saw a car in a ditch and I pulled over to ask the cops if they needed help pulling him out and they said they already called a tow truck. I was kinda bummed. lol
