Anybody know what's up with jeepinbyal.com lately? I placed an order last week. As of today, I have no tracking info. still. I sent an email to ask about the status of my order...no response. Are they still in business, or did I throw away a couple hundred bones?

Ordered Terra flex bumpstops on Feb. 14th. Didn't hear a word about them. Waited the 4-7 business days....nothing. Emailed him, says he was running behind. Finally got my tracking number from him and it says my product shipped the 24th! I think he just forgot about it....... Anyways, I am glad I was in no hurry to get my parts otherwise........ :banghead:

Don't think the springs are since Pote just talked to Marlin yesterday about springs for his.

You just don't have good luck do ya on ordering parts? Like the Intermediate shaft from Eric you said he didn't have any, yet I ordered right before that and have one laying on the shelf now ready for someone who may need it in an emergency!

I guess I got lucky with my springs and shocks, ordered last week and springs are already here and shocks will be here Friday. Springs came from Sierra expeditions and shocks from shockwarehouse.com and JBA.

ordered a set of uca's on line, shipping notice the same day showed up exactly when they said they would. Sure appeared to me that they were a class act.

I have to say Jeepinbyal seems to be the best place I've had dealing with in a long time. I ordered an OME lift and JBA control arms last Friday and everything is here today. A one week turn around is not bad. I did call him and let him know I needed the stuff quick before vacation and he delivered as promised.

All J's seems to be really good to. I ordered a few items from them and everything arrived quickly!

I would call Marlin and let him know if your having an issue. He seems like a very honest business man (very few of those around anymore). He even sent my stuff over night to make sure I had it today and didn't charge me extra. You can't beat that kind of customer service.

So it's been over a week now. No springs. No tracking number for springs. Called again...got voicemail. Emailed again...no reply.

I'm not necessarily upset that my coils aren't here yet. But a tracking number or some sort of communication so that I know they haven't been forgotten would be cool, you know? My credit card was charged for these things back in February.

I got my bill for my items 2 weeks before he even ordered them! (Teraflex bumpstops, order date on the invoice was 2 weeks after I placed my order......)

I've called 2 or 3 times in the last week. Got Marlin twice and he called me back promptly the third time. Great to deal with, awesome guy.

Maybe they will arrive sooner if you started calling them OME springs..(Old Man Emu).

An Emu is a flightless bird.
