sounds like two+ things going on at once

power steering / belt squeel

and a failing hub

emphasis on the hub

If the shaking gets worse with speed Id balance your tires for good measure.

Does the wurr only happen at full lock?

wur wur was in reverse when turning (not locked)... but it stopped this morning

the shaking is only between 40 and 50 after which it will level out to nothing. BUT, if I let off the gas... shaking stops, noise ushually does also

Hmm thats a weird one.

The wurring mostly resembles power steering without hearing it my self. I would jack up the front end and see if there is any play in the front hub assembly. You can try moving the wheel (push the top and pull the bottom and pull the top and push the bottom) and see if there is any play. If not remove the wheel and check the whole assembly for play.

Manual or auto?
