Would any of you in the Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Misouri be interested in forming a LostCentral? We could organize runs that are more local to us and be able to support the LOST national group also. Here in Ok we have Little Saraha, Disney and several lakes to wheel around just right here in the Northeast portion. There are also trails all along the easter and western portions of Ok, and Ark, Misouri (sp sorry) has some nice areas too. I havent been into Kansas so I dont know what is up there. Please let us know maybe whe can get this thing going.

Unfortunately, I'm in Texas, so I can only offer encouragement. We only have about 8 members, but it's a start. You might try finding other Jeep forums and see if you can get some interest going there. LOST Central will grow.

WV is right

IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME. It has to start some where so looks like it's you. Stay with it and patience grasshopper. Most have the interest but not the drive. Continue to call into the wild and they will answer. ( hoooooooooooowwwwlll).

I think Missouri would be better off being with Indiana/Illinois/Wisconsin/Ohio. Maybe there should be a "north central" and a "south central."

I agree that LOST Midwest is far too encompassing due to the size of the midwest, but St. Louis is only 4.25 hours from Chicago and easy for me to get to for wheeling.

CarNut: why don't you come on a Midwest Jeepthing run and see how you like that club as well? Most of the wheeling they do is in Missouri and southern Illinois. I can send you more details if you'd like.

I definitely support breaking up LOST Midwest into something more localized.

Yea I did Jeepstock stock last year; it wasn't too bad. Alley Springs is pretty good too and a good first experience.
