Hello everyone, I am trying to wire up an EVIC to my liberty and have followed the guide here http://www.jeepkj.com/evic/ and it is all fine and dandy put does not mention anything about wiring up the sunroof controls. The sunroof wiring harness on my jeep is rectangular and has 4 pins on it, one for each corner of the rectangle. They are labeled ABCD and the harness says Delphi and in very small letters what looks like PA66. Wire A: Orange / Grey Wire B: Orange / Yellow Wire C: Orange Wire D: Orange / Grey The EVIC I got is from a 2001 or so Concord, 56042749AC. The connector for the sunroof controls on it is flat, all the pins are in 1 row. There is no labeling on it. The wires are from left to right... 1:Dark Blue or Purple (color blind here...) 2: Black 3:Light Blue 4: White I have searched high and low for information on this but came up dry, anyone have some experience/knowledge on this, or know where I can find out the pinouts for both? Also, I am having a bit of trouble figuring out where to hook up the fused ignition cable so it will turn off when my Jeep is off. My cig lighter stays on when the car is off. I have a Pioneer 3300BT head unit installed, could I splice into there? |

I did a quick search through the tech section and found a link to this http://www.jeepkj.com/evic/ it's what I used to install mine, maybe it will help you. |

Could you post a picture of the sunroof connector? I may be able to help identify the connector style and get you a pinout for it. For switched power your radio power would work fine, and if you don't want to go there for power we have previously identified a switched B+ circuit to tap into at the BCM. 501 wrote: I did a quick search through the tech section and found a link to this http://www.jeepkj.com/evic/ it's what I used to install mine, maybe it will help you. LOL, you read the OP? |

Sunroof harness on the Jeep ![]() I notice now the stripes are different colors on the harness. One appears blue and the other pink, not simply both as grey. ![]() Harness on the EVIC

at this point I think your best bet is to test the switchs with a mulltimeter and see which pins do what and make yourself the pinout for both your switches. |
