Dealer, got some like 5 bucks a piece for the upper, the lower ones are hide to find (don't really need them??) I'd have to dig for the part number, but when I went to parts counter they had them! |

You know you could of installed them without taking the covers off right? We've done two sets here at my place and never removed them They do need some revisions which we suggested to them but.......... |

we could have, but it was just easier to rip em off. way easier to line them up and drill into the pinch seam. Any parts number/ proper name of the actual clips would be greatly appreciated! |

All mine broke off as well. I usually throw all plastic away if it doesn't serve a purpose anyway. I am curious to hear how yours fit. Mine fit okay once I got them lined up. Called and emailed them to get directions for the KJ. I only had XJ directions from their website. Never heard back. Lost a few bolts because they just threw them in the huge box which UPS ripped to shreds before delivery. |

this is the rear drivers side ![]() front drivers side ![]() and it was exactly the same on the passenger side, maybe a little worse. but they do look awesome ![]() oh and theyre hold on by 3 bolts at each because there is a factory hole in the frame that we couldnt figure out how to put the 4th there. |

If you would of put the mounting bracket inside of the pinch weld they would of bolted up. Thats the way we did both sets up here. Now the hole in the frame we told them about it they need to have a longer bracket or something, We made a spacial plate and slipped it in the hole to bolt to. Regardless they do need to refab part of them |

I emailed for KJ directions and they replied that they mount the same as an XJ. However, as you can see, the XJ mounting method does not work. Like Tom said they mount to the inside of the pinch weld. They do have some pictures on the website that are informative. |

Mine fit, barely, using all bolts away from the frame hole. Unlike the directions I found it easier to use a right angle drill and drill holes while the sliders were installed rather than mark, remove and drill. This after thinking I was doing something wrong since the directions stated using a nut to line them up. I won't buy from them again since I never got a reply asking for intructions. Customer service goes a long way with me. |

Any parts number/ proper name of the actual clips would be greatly appreciated! Sorry, I couldn't find my spare with the receipt, so no part number. It was a body molding clip, but the uppers are grey not white like my old ones. They were NOT an exact fit, but they looked the same, and I got them to work just fine. 3.50 a piece, not five |

Mine fit like a glove, with the exception of the hole we had to deal with like Tom already said also Mr. Cool Ray Ed from Ohio also was the other install myself and Tom were personally involved with and if I recall his went in with out a snag and also fit like a glove. Plus the added bonus of looking dang good |

Even if we put the sliders on the inside of the seam they still would've been a massive gap that shouldn't be in any product, let alone an expensive and important one that protects our rigs. |

Mine, too, fit like gloves. I also used the method someone else said about drilling the holes with a right angle drill with the sliders in place. Worked great. And, yes, one of the bolt locations did line up with a factory hole so they're bolted up with one less bolt per side. Doubt it will make any difference. I like 'em. Sturdy. Nice welds. |

Use the plate idea I used on mine, it worked perfect. |
