Ok. I replaced my cv axle and intermediate shaft. I can't remember how far away the old one was from the axle tube, but I am just wondering about it now cause it just caught my eye. It drives fine, all the old vibrations are gone that the old CV axle was causing. If it weren't for the KMs it would be like riding on air. Anyway here are some detailed pics of what I'm talking about. What catches my eye right now is the distance between the cv and the axle tube:
