Referencing part number: 82206937

Link: http://www.justforjeeps.com/trcoandencou1.html

All part websites are discontinued, emailed for stock and they come back that there is none.
My local dealer said no one has them around here but his system says for $315 I can order it and wait 4-6 weeks, if I don't get it, I'll get a refund. :|

I see plenty of fan clutches, and slimmer fans for "with heavy duty cooling" but finding the rest, what else is included?

A fan clutch, another fan blade, the oversized shroud, and the smaller electric fan?

What would I need from the website below? The fan shroud for example is not clear to me if it is the oversized one?

http://www.jeep4x4center.com/jeep-cooli ... rty-kj.htm

any website links with what I exactly need would be appreciated, does not have to be OEM, just having A/C + Overheating issues, currently undiagnosed. More info here:

RetMil and Ranger1 were the one who came up with it.

Anyone know a shroud pn? What about hardware?
im not an expert on this but, is my understanding correct?
clutch mounts to water pump thread, fan bolts to clutch? Shroud obviously keeps me with 10 fingers and channels air, lol.

Im just at a fork, go with a new fan even though mine works 99% time, 1% being hot with ac on...

everytime I discover a mopar part I want, its impossible to find, lol

Here's a link to my build thread with all the part numbers for the heavy duty cooling kit:

Thank you both very much. This is what I needed, any fan will work as long as "with heavy duty cooling" correct?

would I be ok to run the smaller electric fan until I piecd the rest of kit together?

anyone have a fav fan manufacturer or know where the best spec (cfm, etc) fan is to buy

The Mopar Heavy Duty Kit will replace your factory electric fan with a different electric fan and mechanical fan, therefore I would not advice you to make any changes to your factory setup until you have the entire heavy duty cooling kit is ready to install. This kit was designed for towing and works very well.

I have been having issues with mine on very hot days+ac, I opened hood and caught it moving extremely slow. So, I was just curious if the "WITH" or "WITHOUT" heavy duty cooling fans are about the same in regards to air flow.....

I really cant wait to get this set up, money is tight at moment so I'll be doing one thing here, one there, most importantly a new electrical fan in hopes it will solve the issue at hand.

I'm finding the hardware part numbers are hard to find, but the fan, clutch, fan blade, and shroud seem to be available! I can probably get the hardware from a junkyard or local hardware store.

The shroud PN in your post is the oversized one for the mechanical fan correct?

Yes, all part numbers are for the heavy duty cooling kit.

I hope that everything works out for you.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the HD cooling for the liberty is no longer made. I have looked all over the internet and even called a few dealers and nothing. Seems they no longer make the system and never plan to make anymore, so if you have the system I hope you treat it well as there is no replacement in the works.

EDIT: Meant Mopar HD parts... :banghead:

Ok well I think I may have found a work around for the shroud/e fan. No promises either of these are what we are looking for, but the prices and pictures match pretty close. Ill be looking at these over the next month or so as I build up my 60k service parts.

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp ... 430507____

There is also a fan clutch for $51, so all I need to find is the actual mechanical fan.

The kit is discontinued but looks like you can get most of the parts.
it costs alot more, I may get aftermarket fan "with heavy duty cooling", and aftermarket clutch. Then the rest by the part numbers.

The link I sent is for the shroud and upgraded e-fan. You can also get a clutch for $51, I just need the fan part number. Now Im wondering whether the metal fan pulls more air then the plastic one.

The plastic one will pull more air and is lighter so less HP to turn it and less stress on the waterpump bearings.

Hint:

Clean the threads on the WP pulley where the mechanical fan screws on very good and add a little anti-seize on the threads otherwise you will be hating life when you have to tighten it or take it back off without the correct tools.

Yeah I figured this much. Maybe mopar still sells the fan.

As for the threads yeah I plan on doing that as I have very vivid memories of removing fans on fords. Even with the fan removal tools it can be a PITA.
