Ok, why is there such a huge variation between dealers on there pricing? How are your prices compared to others including online vendors.... For example a connecting rod assembly "top to bottom" for an 03 3.7?

Do you receive training in being a punk or do they only hire punks for the job?

Why is a Mopar part that says Made in Canada on the part cheaper for me to purchase from the stealership in the US and have shipped back to Canada than it is to buy from the Canadian stealership?

Depends on the price code they put in the quote. All dealers get everything for the same price from the same place. Dealer cost. Business is business and people need to make money at the end of work just as you all do . We don't make a ton of money but its livable

I see several used 4.10 front diffs starting at $75-200 in the country. Perhaps a complete used unit is right for you?

car-part.com

for the part select "carrier" and then 4.10. Be sure to input your zip code to get an idea of distance, though most places ship reasonably cost wise.

:-)r maybe so in Kentucky but not out here in $ilicone Valley where the cost of living is through the roof and all the jobs went to Texas... one of the dealerships in San Jose has veteran parts guys that are helpful and hooked me up 10% above wholesale on skids and a receiver. I did not even buy my Jeep there, so I guess it all about individual dealerships that have the derelicts :jester: For the  parts person, good to see another proud KJ owner, looking at it from the bright side of sunny California 8)
