Well after the frankenlift I still had some rubbing on the 245/75/16 MT/R's. It was catching the outside lugs on the drivers side of the rear air darn. Well I removed that, 7 rivets later, only to find my torn lower facsia was way to flimsy so I ended up taking the middle section out and "stitching the torn part of the facsia together by drilling holes and zip-tieing the crap out of it. Now the only part that catches is the upper control arm and right by the washer fluid bottle. The only issue I see is now my radiator support, a/c lines and wiring harness is fairly exposed. I need a skid plate that mounts to the mopar skid and to the underside of the bumper support. I'll get some good pics when I go wheeling tomorrow. Parakeet |

sorry it took so long to post the pics of the trim job. I just got my camera so I had to try it out. I really like the way it looks with out all the plastic blocking the view of the suspension. I also had torn the facia on one of my outings. After I took the middle piece was removed it hung down and was jiggly as heck. So if figured w/ it being Frankenlifted it needed stitches. I'm going to have a guy make me a skid for the front now that will go from the stock skid to the tow hooks.

Yep, that looks great. I like the more "mechanical" look too. |
