Have you guys seen this, I am considering following a large part of this build and making a neat little trailer. Check it out...

I built a similar sized one 3 years ago, had it around for a year or so.
Used 12 inch tires( tallest I could find) and it worked pretty good
Sold it to 501 over in Indiana
Mine was a U-Bilt frame that I picked up on Craigslist for 70 bucks I think it was
when it was done
I left the front open with a removeable section so I could haul longer items

of course now I have this one I rebuilt

Threw some pics of it up for ya.
You could pack a lot of stuff in it
Daryl ( 501 ) found a old car top carrier top section fit well for a cover over it as well

The orange " sticks" you see in the rear corners was so I could see it when backing up

Cool, I like the drop gate. These things are neat and can definitely come in handy.

I love trailers.......... I would eventually like a high clearance narrow trailer for hauling firewood out of the National Forest.

Check out this thread: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/bolt-together-fiberglass-jeep-tub-trailer-kit-1274811/. This guy makes some nice fiberglass projects for jeeps. His trailer has been picked up for sale by some fiberglass trailer company. I'm considering getting the long version if I can ever figure out where I'd store it when not in use.

Megalos, do you know what shipping would cost for one of those trailers?

Did you see those prices? It would be hard to make one for that price. :SOMBRERO:
