Very cool, but only for the very rich it seems. Plus wouldnt it be nicer to pull a pop up or trailer and park that to go places?

Not really. It nice to be mobile and be able to go someplace....and any place, and camp there.

Thats what I do out of the Jeep, I just sleep in the back at night, I can pull over and camp where I want, and I don't have to return to the same place everynight.
