I just have to rave about the quality of customer service at All J. Unfortunately, due to warranty issues which I will talk about in another post, I had to cancel my order for my Frankenlift    Heather was soooo nice and understanding, not to mention supportive of my situation. In addition, she took the time to explain to me some of the intracies of the Frankenlift so I understand EXACTLY how it works! No confusing language or run around. Just straight and simple answers! WOW these guys need a Gold Star!

While I was talking to Heather about my Frankenlift order, I mentioned that I wanted to change my user name, and she did it right then and there. I would imagine that any administrator could do it for you, but I am not sure.

Yeah...changing your screen name is do-able. But, the system only accepts the change if your name starts with Randi and your Jeep's name MUST be Bullet. Any other combination just shoots errors back at me.

Go figure?

Edit: OH...and Randi, THANK YOU FOR THE KUDOS!!!! If you're ever down in S. Cal, look us up! You're a totally cool gal who's welcome on our trails anytime. :D

What rocks? The pictures just make the gravel look big!

Even if you just drive to the trail then ride with one of us, it'd still be fun.

I started this tread shouting out Kudos to the folks at All J and I am back to shout out more!! I had some questions on the Frankenlift and I just could not grasp the answers. I finally just called the guys down at All J and even in the middle of their busy work day, they stopped to answer all of my questions. Man, I just LOVE those folks down there. I will be ordering my Frankenlift next month. Would be sooner, but I have a trip to Vegas that is costing a Frankenlift penny

Anyway, thanks to whoever I talked to down there. I forgot to ask who you were!

Won't be sorry...you're totally welcome! That pic of me is going down a nice section of S. Cal's Calico Trail. It was actually TOTALLY fun. You can't tell from the angle of the picture, but there were about 30 guys watching me do that - and I was the first one to go down it since I was leading the trail that day. After the whole thing was over I wrote about that very section of trail and submitted the story to our club newsletter editor. It was a very satisfying challenge to navigate those boulders (of course I had the best spotter in the whole world helping me -- Quinn).

Anyway...it's one of my favorite pics and experiences. :D

Quinn told me tonight that you called and are going to get your Jeep lifted! That's COOL! Glad you didn't let those mean dealer techs make your decision for you.

2dtrail.....(2bedactually)
