I have a very small leak in the radiator and the Efan isn't coming on at all it will get up all the way on temp but I shut it off. I replaced the relay but it still won't come on I hope I don't have to buy a complete assembly that would suck being a college student.

Arkansas56 were you able to find a solution to your overheating issues?
My 04 Liberty Sport is also overheating but not to the point that the A/C is shutting down. I know it's overheating because the needle on the "idiot gauge" is above the midpoint and my ScanGauge connected to my OBD2 port says the water temp is about 115 F. But I'm only experiencing this problem when I run the A/C (the temperature here has been in the low 80's for the past month).

Until I read the posting I too was suspecting a bad thermostat but now I'm suspecting mud in m rad. Tonight I'm going to try flushing out my rad with a garden hose. I'll update everyone if it works.

Check the relay and fan first much easier fix than anything else 2 screws and a plug
