Has anyone seen a jeep liberty R/C other than the little cheap ones. I have the little cheap silver one and I put it on the hood at my car shows, it looks pretty close to mine. I want a gas powered 4x4 r/c truck with a liberty body to mess around with at the car shows to kill time, but I can't find one. |

I actually work at a hobby shop that sells all the R/C stuff, planes, cars, boats, trucks, helis, etc. I have yet yo see a liberty body out there on the market, but some people have cut up the bigger NewBright Liberty to use that plastic body (much heavier than the hobby-grade molded lexan ones, but it's also a bit more detailed and durable). You can paint it on the outside, which makes it easier, as opposed to the clear lexan ones that you paint the inside of. I know someone posted a picture of a T-Maxx with the NewBright body on it in this forum, but the tread got deleted due to inactivity, maybe they'll post it here for you. best of luck. -Savage- |

The only posts that get deleted due to inactivity are the for sale, wanted and any that are inappropriate. It's here somewhere. Good luck with your hunting. |

That was mine.
Body is only sitting on the chassis though as it would get destroyed pretty quick the first time my Maxx flipped which happens often. |

Actually, my Maxxes are out of comission. Got tired of breaking parts so I shelved them. I am looking into converting the parts into electric Crawlers w/ the Pede trannys I also have. Won't do it for a while though as my budget is for my big toys right now. That body Will be used on my crawler though. |

For crawlers you gotta go old school and go with a Clod-Zilla !! |
