This can be a thread for positive reports on good customer service and quality parts related to Jeeps and 4x4's in general, and KJs and KKs in particular. Referrals for forum members, companies, ebay sellers, all are welcome. I'll start. Jeepin' By Al already has a pretty stellar reputation. I bought my OME springs and Bilstein shocks from him because it was the best price I could find at the time. I also have a set of his upper control arms, which are one hell of a nice product. I emailed him with questions before each of my orders, and the longest time it took for a reply was maybe two days. I've spoken to Marlon on the phone and he was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. |

Jeepin By AL is awesome. My Old Man Emu lift on the CRD rides like a Cadilac. A place to avoid would be Rice Jeep Dodge Chrystler in Alcoa, TN. They dicked around with my CRD for days replacing the radiator and the fan relays. Then upon testing the cooling system, either found or caused the Bars leak to crap out the #2 cylinder. They also broke a piece so I had to wait over night and extra night just to make the determination that it was not just the head gasket blown. Avoid at all cost. Also, their prices are at least $3000 over most stearlerships. |

I spend most of our money State side. Not only is the customer service better but the prices are also usually half of what stuff costs here in B.C. and the companies appreciate your business. For major parts purchases, there are only a few Canadian companies I will deal with. ARB Canada and National 4WD. |

For most of my Jeep purchases I use 4x4rockshop.com. Even if they don't have it on their site they can get it. They mainly cater to the TJ/JK crowd but I've used them for my Liberty and Land Cruiser. I will usually just order from them regardless of the price because I know I will get it when I need it. Their customer service is A+! For the majority of stuff for my Land Cruiser I use Sleeoffroad.com. Their custom bumpers and lifts are top notch. Everyone should take a look just to see the quality of the stuff. Everything is always in stock and customer service is also a A+. |

uuummmhhh - has anyone looked at the top of the page??? There's this shop..... All-J's..... Awesome service...they know KJ's backwards and forwards (Heather or Quinn) great delivery if they have things in stock - and good communication if they don't.... I've gotten a couple of lifts, Boulder Bars, (and an ARB - although Seth posted it) and they show up at Moab - and they run run trails and bring presents..... I've also ordered from Rock Lizard and gotten my parts (and I knew they were built to order, so I did not expect instant delivery) JeepinBy Al, Jeg's and Summit..... Pixeldzn - has great decals - and will make them to order. and I wouldn't hesitate to order from JJ if I was using Amsoil Not to mention - for Diesel folks - talk to Keith at GDE - really great tunes and a lot of knowledge. |

All J Products for TONS of stuff, literally! AFAIC, Steve(RIP), Quinn and Heather (and the various great folks that have worked for them over the years) are top notch!! Pixel Decals - Don is THE sticker man! He supplies HOTRODOIL.com w/ our stickers, (and my web page design) and LOST JEEPS So-Cal with all of their stickers. JBA supplied numerous parts over the years and always great products and service. LOSTJEEPSGEAR.com Henry has supplied numerous LOST events with quality products and stellar service. Rock Lizard supplied a pair of his rear bumpers and some XJ quarter panel protection back when he made XJ parts. Quality products. (I wish life never got in his way, he would probably be our #1 supplier of great KJ products, but life happens) I am my own #1 customer at HotRodOil.com and I always receive great products and service!

As far as dealerships go, Columbia Chrysler in Richmond, B.C. has an excellent parts and service department. If we bring in our KJ for any service beyond my physical capabilities we always get 10% off the parts and labour without having to ask and there we receive coupons in the mail for free oil changes 3-4 times per year. At the parts counter we get a 20% discount minimum and on some parts the price is cost plus 10%. They also know how to do a proper alignment on a lifted Liberty. Also did a free pinion reset! I have No problem referring other people/friends to their place of business. Another excellent shop to deal with is T&T out in Maple Ridge and of course Jeep Thrills Customs. |

Not exactly specifically Jeep related, but Rockauto has never let me down when it comes to straight up parts for anything. Super fast, plus I like when they send me the magnets! ha! |

Another thumbs up for Jeepin By Al. Had my lift installed by one of the top fab guys in Phoenix. Gordon at Crosseyed Fabrication. Also got great price on tires from tirecrawler.com Lowest price by far for a matched set of fresh(2212)tires,shipped free, two day service. |
