Hello,
I have a 03 Limited and was looking for a new exhaust kit. I saw Rusty's was $250 for the whole kit which looks great... I kind of wanted to go for the dual exhaust look though. Does anyone make a dual exhaust kit that is around the same price? If not, Are there any Group Buys or discounts from Rusty's going on right now for the kit. Thanks!

I think Borla made a split twin exit exhaust for the Liberty.

What are your plans for the KJ? Street Bling or off-road?

Borlas dual costs way too much and really the only reason to get it is for looks. If you are just making the kj look good then go for it. If you plan on going off road...just get a new muffler. Those shiny pipes on the borla are bound to get ruined pretty quickly. And besides...the dual does not even give you anything extra except for looks. I wanted it too but was talked out of it...lol. I got the flowmaster 40 installed for $120. Sounds great.

would installing a flowmaster 40 or 50 muffler void your warranty? and which muffler is louder? i've heard people talking about these two series.

From what I understand they are both the same sound outside but the 40 sounds louder from the inside. I dont think it would void the warranty either.

No, aftermarket exhaust can only void the exhaust warranty, which you won't care about because the aftermarket company and the company the installs it will (better) have a warranty of it's(their) own.

I just heard Uvalax's Flowmaster 40 this past weekend and it has a nice rumble on his V6. I would recommend that to anyone. I haven't heard the Flowmaster 50 in person, but I heard it was quieter (shrug). Don't know how accurate that is...just something I heard.
