I have 7700 miles on my CRD and one of the front rotors is warped. Has anyone else had to replace their rotors this early and does DC cover it under warranty, I know that some manufacturers warranty them and some do not. |

Warped rotors with less than 8k miles? I'd take it to the dealer and complain. This is the first time that I have ever heard of this on a KJ. The WJ is a different story though.... Take it in, complain to the service manager, and let them take care of it for you. |

Mine warped around 10K, they were turned at 12K (under warranty) then replaced at 16 or 18K under warranty because the origional problem was before the 12K warrany was up on the brakes. -Sean |

Rotor issues are not totally uncommon I just replaced mine at 12000 miles....I work at a dealership and they should cover them under warranty.....Chrysler rotors are junk |

On a positive side I have 40k on the stock breaks and rotors and still have what looks like another 10k on the pads to go. |

We've been having rear brake trouble since our 06 Renegade had 6 miles on it! (1000 now) It's already been back to the dealer and they told me that it's just glaze on the parking break. The rear brakes make a loud howl for about the first 30 seconds of driving after it has set for a while. It's going back in this Thursday so. |

I'm at 55K, and it looks like I've got another 10-15 left. |
