| Post subject: | Kilby Tank skid install |
Hi all, I'm looking to some insight into the install of a kilby tank skid. Accroding to Kilby it uses the bolts there the tank straps are bolted to the body/frame. However it also looks like it's drilled for where a hitch would install, has anyone mounted one of these via those holes? It seems it would be on there better and there would be no need to lower the gas tank? Thought & comments welcome... Dave |

IIRC it uses the same bolts as the hitch. |

All the gas tank skids available for the KJ use the hitch bolt holes. Kilby's included. His instructions are on crack. |

Kewl thank, I was looking for a piece of paper in the box. I didn't think they'd emboss them on the skid. They (Kilby) should update thier site, that's where I got the tanks strap bolts info. Anyway thanks all. |
