Acttually you may want to have a look at those numbers again yes it beats the CRD in HP but in torque they are almost even 295lb/ft to the CRDs 300 lb/ft. Then with a CRD hot tunned they produce right around 360lb/ft on the dino delete the exhaust and add a descent intake set up and i am sure it goes up. But still awsome swap just took forever to get done right.

I like the fact that it a standard shift and the V8 sound is great.

That's my friend's KJ. He used the original 5spd from the KJ. It took awhile to do the swap because of funds to finish, electrical gremlins and other miscellaneous stuff.

I think it's Tim Lindsay's KJ. None of us have seen it in person but looks legit. You could have some fun there :5SHOTS:

I want to see it go through the rocks not the mud and see how it does with the manual and V8 setup.

Kind of makes me wish I didn't trade mine in last year.Has it made an improvement in mileage? With such a heavy vehicle, mathematically it should be an improvement.

Last I heard about this KJ he has torn it up pretty bad wheeling it a few weekends ago. So I doubt you will get any fuel milage numbers for awhile.

This KJ was traded to a 2013 JK 6spd 2 days ago.
He was trying to sell the KJ for $6,000, first but didn't work out that way.
