So I dropped the Libby off to have a glow plug replaced and the new TSB done. Upon pick up, I did not see the tsb noted on the invoice, and popped the hood to see a reflash sticker, which I didn't see. I went in and asked hte service advisor about this and he stated he didn't know and the tech had left and to call back in the morning. I know he could have punched in the VIN to see if it had been completed, but he didn't and I was getting angry so I left and wil lcall in the morning. What ways is there to tell a TSB reflash has been done? No sticker, and its not on the invoice so what else is there? Thanks. |

So u arrived to pickup the KJ and they don't know if the flash was done? And you gotta come back the next day? Man, I'd be pissed. Guess they didn't think to call the tech at home or check on the service order. |

Exactly. It wasn't on this service order, yet it was on the previous service order to be done next time it was in....... |
