Could one put a bike rack and carry bikes on the front hitch? As long as it didn't block to much air flow or the headlights, I don't see why not.

I had a front spare tire mount on my '79 Chev that was really strong. I fabricated a rack to carry two bikes out front of that while pulling the travel trailer. It worked great. Thinking of the same with the Liberty if I can find the right hitch.
