Anyone have experience in returning a CV axle to NAPA for the lifetime warranty? I have a NAPA CV on the drivers side with a torn boot. I should actually say shredded, anyway, the idiot that installed it didn't take the clevis off, he just "shoved" it between the clevis legs (not sure the exact term)...so he compromised the boot from the get go. |

Not sure how a tear created by installation could or would be covered by warranty. Generally that's to cover manufacturers defects which this would not be |

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. You can see the scratch on the cup, going over the clamp and into the boot...that set off the boot explosion! |
