Hi guys,
I've a 2010 Jeep Liberty KK CRD Limited Auto. I bought the KK in August 2011 with 12.000 km and I've drive my KK for 40.000 km in 3 years.
When I bought the KK was totally stock and immediately showed some problems.
When I drive in 2wd I ear a strange resonance (vuum..vuummmm...vuuummmmm) between 1.600 and 2.000 rpm in every gear and when I accelerate from low speed (for example from 60 Kmh to 80 Kmh in high gear) there is an hard vibration that come from the jeep's floor.
When I drive in 4wd there is a stronge noise that come from the jeep's floor and from the front differential under the driver's feet. This noise was very strong between 2.000 and 2.400 rpm in all gear but is not present in the slow acceleration. In deceleration in 4wd when I turn right I ear a big "tump tump tump" that come from the front differential zone.
So I brought the car into the dealer many times but all the problem has not been resolved.
In May of this year I've installed a Daystar lift kit (2" of increasing height)
So...when I drive the jeep in 2wd mode the situation is exactly the same without the lift, but when I drive in 4wd mode something has been changed, in bad mode..
When I accelerate there is a strong vibration that come from under the jeep floor and I can feel the vibration on the steering.. The "tump tump" in deceleration disappear but the vibration in acceleration is very alarming.
The noise between 2.000 and 2.400 rpm in 4wd mode remain.

I've changed all the cv joint in the front drive shaft (front passenger and front driver). I've removed and controlled the front differential and all is ok.
I've change all the oil (front differential - rear differential - transfer case and gear)
I've removed the driveshaft between front differential and transfer case and I've removed, controlled and lubrificated the cv joint and the u-joint.
I've tried to drive the jeep without the driveshaft and the are no vibration but the resonance noise remain. If I change to 4wd mode without the driveshaft the are no noise or vibration.
I've reinstalled the driveshaft and all the noise and vibration come back.

What can I do? Probably I've to destroy my jeep in fire... :((

Help please....

Thank at all for any suggestion..
