So I brought my KJ in for the recall today to set up an appointment. I was told it was going to be six months to a year before they will have the hitches to install. I found this hard to believe. Regardless I changed the subject and inquired about MOPAR spec tow hooks for my rig as I need them for the Jamboree.

The CSR (young man) working behind the desk smirked and stated, "Why do you want tow hooks on a Liberty? I have never heard of a Liberty being outfitted." He made at least three comments about Jeep Libertys before I had to give this young man an education. I kindly pointed out him to this web site and others to "educate" himself. The old man whom I normally deal with just smirked and winked at me. Kids these days

Well you have to figure they are trying to build thousands of hitches
which is a crock anyways but
I'd buy one , used ones everywhere if you need one soon
