I agree. I see a lot of Grand Cherokees. I personally think the Patriot and Liberty were competition for each other for sales. The Patriot, in my opinion, outsold the Liberty because it looks more like a traditional Jeep at a lower price point.

After owning both there is no comparison for quality and finish between the two jeeps. The Patriot kinda felt cheap inside. The Patriot makes more sense for long commutes and as a daily driver. The Liberty is more off road friendly and nicer finish.

It'll be interesting to see if the people buying a Patriot would buy a Renegade. I know I would if I was looking for a 3rd vehicle or to replace my wife's.

So far I like the Renegade better than the Cherokee. The price point will be interesting too. I have a feeling they will start out at 15K.

That's cheap. I don't think it will be that low.
The appeal to me is the fact you can get it in a manual. Great for people who love manuals or want a little better fuel economy. Aren't manuals a little cheaper, too?

I think starting will be close to 15k but maybe not that low. I'm excited though you can get a capable jeep for not very much.

The 2014 Jeep Patriot MSRP started at $15,995. Add the rebates and you are down under 15K.

I meant the renegade. Though I'm on a Patriot forum and very rarely do people buy a Patriot for 15k. They don't come with A/C.
