Post subject:  Email Notifications?
Suddenly, I'm not getting any email notifications.

In my user control panel, my email is set to my username. I change it back to my email, confirm it, enter my password and click update. Says it's been updated, so I click return to user control panel. For a millisecond, it displays my email address, then immediately returns to displaying my username in that box. I've done this on both my iPad and on my desktop.

I have no email notifications for the past week, either in my inbox or in spam.

Is your address gmail? There have been other users reporting not receiving alerts to gmail addresses (and I've confirmed it on the backend that they're being sent).

Nope, Yahoo.

Is it normal for my email address to be replaced by my username in the user control panel? That's all I see in the email box…and it won't let me change it.

Okay, I logged in through Firefox instead of Safari on my desktop and I did see that my email address is in place in the first box, but just my username in the second. I updated the verify your email box and it supposedly did, so we'll see if I get any emails...

I'm not getting notifications either and I have gmail. However my info is correct in my account.



Update: Gmail had decided they were spam emails. Hoping its taken care of now.

Thanks for the updates, guys. I'm continuing to troubleshoot and have been in contact with the hosting provider (who I don't think is at fault). Keep posted for updates.

Same here, no mail all week. I have a gmail address but they're not holding it as spam before it gets to my local email client.
