I feel like an idiot. I've taken my driveshaft out several times but this time I had to disassemble the front cv I order to remove it. I have a rebuilt replacement I am having trouble reinstalling. And tips?

Slide it into the diff first then collapse it and slip it into the transfer case

I may have bent my exhaust and it no longer slips right in. I will try from the other side doing this method.

The 06 I am almost certain has a different exhaust routing than my 02

I have done it to my buds 02, father in laws 04, and my 06....all worked the same way.

There is a transfer case linkage near the that you can undo and leave loose to get the front drive shaft some wiggle room above the Xfer case. 3 bolts, 15mm I think.

Good tip USP. This is what I ended up having to do when I did mine.
