I've been having an ongoing cooling system problem and have no idea how to fix it. First some brief background. I have an 04 kj and I had the motor replaced about 2 years ago. Last year my radiator went so I replaced the radiator, thermostat and both hoses. After the radiator the water pump went so that got replaced. Shortly after that my 1 year old radiator developed a pin hole so it was replaced again under warrenty. Last night my girlfriend says its overheating again. Luckily she was only a few blocks from home. I looked at it after work and the upper hose has a 3 inch rip in it. So I install a new hose, start the jeep and get ready to add antifreeze. It comes up to temp and the fan kicks on but it won't accept antifreeze. Is the thermostat stuck? Water pump bad again? Whats causing relatively new parts to fail? Please help |

Where are you buying your parts? Thats where to start with the issues. Aftermarket radiators are known to go sometimes in a realitivly short time, same as water pumps. Also should only use a thermostat from the dealership |
