At 150,000 miles my girlfriend's 02 is due for new springs and shocks. She likes the ride quality of my lifted CRD but she wants to keep the stock ride height. Would using 2925 (front) and 2947 (rear) be a good combination for keeping stock height? |

It'll look lifted even with stock new springs. The ones that are on there now have sagged a few inches. |

I'm sure she has to be below new stock height at least an inch so like mentioned above even with stock sproings she will gain some. With 925s I would say she'll gain 3/4 (an inch at most) over new stock Stock rating was 310, 925s are 350 so a little stiffer spring rate and much better ride. Since she has an 02 stock would of been 19.75-20 depending, with OME 925s possibly around 20.75 Not many have taken that route |

What about using new Mopar springs with the OME shocks? This would give the stock ride height certainly, but I am unsure on how this will effect the ride quality. I would be willing to try this if it is not a terrbile idea. |

Personally would never waste any money on stock Mopar springs. Ride is so much better with OME or ironman springs and shocks. So you think she would really notice an inch or so over new stock height? |

If she likes how yours rides, you might just be better off getting the 927.948 combo. Or at the very least 926 fronts. She'll sit 2.5" over new stock(she might not notice). Just be honest and tell her if she wants the ride you have, she needs to have a small lift. |

She is literally 5 feet tall, she will notice any change in ride height. I will go with OME 947 in the rear, but should I go with 925 or 926 springs to keep the front end level with the back? |

Just go 925/947 and then adjust with a small amount of clevis if you have to. Know what you mean about having shorter spouses etc. My wife is 5'2' , my Mother is 5 ' 82 years old with both knees replaced and climbs into mine as well One of my experiments on getting extra height gave me 1/4 inch more lift, didn't think my wife would notice, BUT she did !!

Go ahead and lift her's. It then allows you to put sliders on which she can use as steps. Problem solved.

I'm short guy, I'm at 4" lift and have to use my rock sliders as a step. But my kids 6, 4 and 4 can get in with no help. |

Alternatively, put the biggest lift on that it'll take and tell her she's shrunk:) |
