My instrument panel is fubar'd. I've removed it,cleaned the connector and reassembled. And it still isn't working properly. If I remove everything and wiggle the connector it's OK. However as soon as I reinstall the bezel ect. it's back to the same ol' crap. Any suggestions? Also do I really need to disconnect the battery every time I mess with it? Bit of a pain. But I'm getting pretty good at taking all that stuff apart. |

reflow the solder or solder every wire and end termination point. |

Cannot figure out how to remove the primary lock to remove terminals from the block connector. Service manual is no help. Also where in the factory manual is the key to comprehend the wire for testing? I'm a factory trained tech and find the Jeep manual quite poorly laid out. |
