For the past couple weeks my Full Time dashboard light has been on even though I'm driving two wheel drive.

When I put the transmission in 4x4 full time, the Part Time dashboard light comes on.

When I put the transmission in 4x4 part time, the dashboard light goes out.

Any body have a quick fix or pointer?

Transfer case position switch. Pretty common issue.
