2006 Jeep Liberty CRD Has anybody done anything with their spare tire mounts? Mine are rusting. The plates on mine are rusting. I am thinking about pulling them off and replacing the plates on the door with stainless. How big a job is this? How do the plates come off? |

Plates are just bolted on, easy to come off Sand, primer , paint, done I pulled mine off at least twice a year to wax behind the plates and clean good |
