That's WILD! So is the owner forcing them to move?

I guess they are trying to work a deal with them since it wasn't really their fault

Bummer! Of course it could have ended up the people living there would end up mad if they got thrown out and they could destroy the house while leaving or worst, take it out on the next tenant.

For the diesel folks out there my wife's new ride as of last Saturday is a TOYOTA HILUX DOUBLE CAB 3.0L DIESEL with MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Had less than 100 kilometers on it when the NGO she works for dropped it off. I asked her to send me a picture of it, she was upset cause I never ask for a picture her :wink:

Pickerington would have been nice Tomm. Looks like that one might be out though.

Have you checked out the Gahana area? It's the next suburb up from Reynoldsburg on the east outerbelt. There are some nice places in New Albany but that area is more expensive.

You could also look out beyond Westerville as well. How soon do you need to be moved in?

The Pickerington one is out, I was second on the list and the other couple finally took it. It was a great find for the money really. But :cry:

I've checked all areas, I know every place for rent in the greater Columbus area right now. Had one in New Albany set up to go look at on Saturday, couple looked at it today and now its gone.
Looked at Gahana as well , I've looked as far north as Delaware/ Lewis Center over to Johnstown, out past Hillard and everything in between. Found a couple of really nice places out towards Marysville, perfect........if it was only me, but have two others to think about .
Saturday I have one in the Shawnee Hills area ( across the river and above the dam and Zoo, about 4-5 houses from the river actually ) one in Lewis Center, one in Hillard, then one in :roll:

Canal Winchester on Monday.
Have to start work 5/5/14, be in main office / paper work / meetings / planning etc the first week and then begin June 1 with the new program . 5000 new clients in June , 15,000 more a couple of months later
They will have never met me until I walk in the door my first day on the job :shock:

OK, new project, engine has a "little tick" in it, but did manage to drive it on the trailer last evening so Corey could drag it down here for me. Thanks Corey, much appreciated and had a great evening sharing stories. have to do it again someday soon.
Anyways 2002 KJ used to belong to RenegadeMarine was lifted in my old place in Toledo few years back. OME lift 927/948, 245-75-16 Goodyear Duratracs ( brand new almost) good overall condition ( of course will need some changes but........)

Brought our enclosed trailer up to start packing it with useless crap.......................
Hopefully found a place today,......2.5 car garage :cry:

but doable I guess , has office space off the main living area so that's good, so when I'm working I won't bother the others and vice versa :wink:

No room for a camper, maybe a tent in the back yard........already hating "city life"
Don't know how they can advertise that a house has a garage when its only big enough for trash cans or the snow shovel....but some wouldn't even have enough rooms for my thoughts let alone do anything in them :roll:
