WELCOME BACK TOM!!! Sure is good to see you posting again. Glad your back to take over duties, was a little scary there from our self appointed acting pres....was reassuring though that you were coming back

Not quite sure who put "him" in charge or even thinking he could appoint himself, but you know how it is with people with such a low level of worth

Good to be back in a way, but in another way, very hard to be here without my wife and son and also started a lot of things over there and would like to be there working on them, but over time things will work out I think.

Anyone want to contribute to a L.O.S.T. Hotel and Resturant/Night Club in Dodoma,Tanzania?
I have the land bought, 4 acres for the above and 3 for our house, water, sewer system ready is ready to go, just need to start building ....soon I hope, but right now a few thousand short. Although it is amazingly cheap to build there.

Dang Tom.... Low Level of WORTH  .... Maybe I'm NOT glad you're back.... Or maybe I am, so I can leave you to deal with these fools....

And I'm taking back my LOST OHIO Sign up sheet for trail runs.... :P

Wow, that sounds pretty cool. Are you moving there or planning to share time there?

Moving there in a few years if it all works out, ( I can retire from the State in 2014) so we now own land in 3 different parts of the country, Moshi ( town closet to Mount Kilimanjaro) , Arusha ( which is the official place of most of the Safari companies and lots of tourism) and now Dodoma, the capitol city and they just started a Univeristy there two years ago, lots of teaching professionals moving there and no where to go for a great meal etc, so the time is right) Best opportunity to make money quickly is in Dodoma right now so putting most of our resources there in the next couple of years. Also I am now part of a Safari company and will be doing all of the booking for people from the U.S. that will be going so thats another side job.

MUDD,

did you see my post for the It's a Lost Valley Jeep Rally in Bainbridge Ohio, OCT 9th, 10th, and 11th????

1996xj and I went to this last year and was a blast (except for my blod clot)

This is a fun Jeep family style event http://www.lostvalleyjeep.com/

This rally has trails from stock to extreme...

1996xj and I went on the intermediate, I do not recommend people with stock jeeps going on the intermediate trail. They need to stick to the stock trail.

You need to have your vehicle prepared for wheeling if you want to do the intermediate.

Are you interested in making this a LOST event??? If so, there is a limit on the amount of Jeeps due to limited space at the farm for camping and logisitcs.

People interested in going need to sign up as soon as possible, this fills up very fast.

Would be a great time, but I am signed up for the East Coast Safari we are having that weekend.
Bainbridge area does have some great wheeling areas. Used to live in the Wellston/Jackson area and wheeled all over those areas.
