LOST JEEPS :: View topic - Bought a fork lift this morning

Always like to have toys around to play with and a post this morning got me thinking.
The post stated that the poster was tired of seeing KJs on curbs etc and having pictures taken. So since I have seen a ton of pictures lately of KJs on forklifts I thought GREAT IDEA. So I went out and bought a used one. Propane powered, runs great and can also use it for other things as well!

So from now on all of my pics will be either ones off road or with one tire hoisted up with the fork lift!

No more curbs for me! :lol:

If anyone wants to borrow it for pictures just let me know! Me and my fork lift are ready !!!! No charge

Now back to "stirring " other things...................................................... like soup................................. :roll:

Its all about having fun in life, isn't it. Going around making rude, condescending and uneeded comments only hurts one person....you! The rest just laugh at you!

Do you have a warehouse full of KJ parts in the garage and that is what facilitated the need for a fork lift? That is awesome though! I drive a forklift 40 hours a week and have always wanted my own personal lift.

Now your jeep won't even have to do the work of getting to the mall for those curb shots. Just drive the forklift over to the jeep and lift it up.

Sidewalks are out as well Need to check with Administration to make sure though and I have nothing to do with curbs and state money , I deal with H.U.D. and I.R.S. monies going into housing! no curbs..................sidewalks.............

The one I bought is a smaller one , Clark GP X25 E I think the model number is, propane, 3 stage mast with less than 9000 hours, ( a buddy of mine ran it for the last two years and knows the condition of it) load capacity is suppose to be somewhere around 4500/5000 lb. Lowered mast height is 81 inches Max mast height 180 inches, darn thing weighs 8000 lb. though!!!! Does have tires you can take outside, not the solid rubber ones. Got it from a factory closing down. Will be a couple of weeks before I get it though, then put it to work. have a bunch of things down home I need it for.
