Might check performance off road center for gears and install kits. I got gears and install kits for around 400 bucks when I put gears in the YJ, That was for a D44 and HP D30.. I don't know if they sell stuff for the 8.25 or D30a... but worth a shot..

jeeper' starting to get serious about lifting my KJ' 4life

Looking at getting an 87 2wd Jeep Comanche, 2.5L 5 speed. Owner says something on it knocks so he parked it and its been sitting for awhile. Comes with everything to convert it to 4wd. I know the guy and have driven it back in the day when it was running. It was a really nice truck then. Hopefully it still is now, should make a decent project though...if I end up with it.

jeeper' jeep truck' 4life
