Well, I had a coworker offer me her two tickets yesterday, to go see Neil Diamond tonight. I could not find any woman to join me. I had to decline the tickets today. As a positive note, I got my tickets for the Pretenders concert in the mail today. Chrissy Hynde has a great voice. I hope it is still is up there. They are playing in Denver in February. Saw AC/DC a couple weeks ago. That was awesome.

On another note, I am halfway done on my Old Chicago's winter mini beer tour. A lot of winter micro brews. Yum!

Dangit! All we are getting is 50 air temps and 38 degree rain temps. I WANT SOME OF THAT SNOW!

I need a drink. Bartender, give me a big glass of Cabernet Sauvignon to go with the steak I'm having for lunch.

I want some of that snow too. I love when they plow the parking lots and you can crawl over the snow banks like it was a rockcrawling competition. But historically we get our big snows around here in late January/ early February, so I guess I'll have to wait and see.

The east coast is "supposed" to have a "heavy" winter. That's what I read on all the reports this year. We'll see I guess. "Heavy" winter in VA Beach will be 2.78" of snow...total...and that will be measured using the "snowdrift" rule, as it usually is here. If snow drifts in your yard, you are allowed to measure the drift itself and tell everyone that you got two inches of snow.

Oh, almost forgot, we're going to the ocean front tonight. In VA Beach we have Christmas lights along the boardwalk. At this time of year only, you're allowed to drive down the boardwalk and look at the lights while you listen to the ocean, all from your car. We take the convertible down there every year and tonight's the night.

I need a Glenfiddich.

Burch......you are SO going to pay.....trust me.....been there, already done that and I didn't even take pics for later.......But, EVERYTHING i got away w/ as a kid, is Now coming back to haunt me...big time.
My parents barely even got to use the "payback is a Biatch" saying since I was such a "good kid"...only because I didn't get caught. But boy has karma bit me in the stupid. :lol:
