1. 4000# GC...8000 # truck. Hmmm 2. a thin layer of mud on ground that froze when it was water soaked is some seriously slick,um, stuff 3. Ford driver lacked gonads until the last attempt; you know, the one that worked. 4. Street tires suck in mud |

Couple of things came into play there. Tires on the grand are not for mud, the guy driving the ford doesnt need to be offroad at all.. The reason the Jeep was pulling the truck in that direction was to keep it from sliding into that tree. The truck had this tires turned that way so he could turn and get the truck straight without sliding into that tree.. |

thats some slick snot. 2 things needed in this situation....better tires and a winch.... he did get out at the end though...should've gotten a running start in the first place |

I think that GC has the same Wrangler RS-A's that I had . Same thing would happened to me. off road. Yes embarrasing, and yes I am glad they have been long gone.
