I was close to doing that with a 80Z. I had a camaro that had rusted rear frame rails and a 87 Blazer with a blown motor and rusted body, but good lifted frame. Good thing I didn't know how to weld back then :D
I'm the resident redneck in my camaro club so guess it would have fit!

Note that they parked it across two parking spots so no one could park next to them and scratch up that sweet ride. LOL

Buddy of mine has a 80 Firebird on a Blazer frame, we built a VW bug on a CJ running gear, built several 4WD vans and a 70 Chevelle convertible on a 3/4 ton frame

guess that makes me Rednck white trash

but better than some city slicker homeboy I guess :wink: :lol:
