My Health And Wellness Center had a visitor today. Nothing special. Just some guy.

He came to do a TV special for MLK Day and for the 1st & 2nd ladies of the US. Also to help out with the Youth Basketball Camp. Great guy! He came to help all of the kids because they are military brats as he is one also so he holds a special place in his heart for them.

He actually reached out to shake my hand and not the other way around. I was not ready for it. I can't wait for Public Affairs to send me the picture they took of him shaking my hand. I hope it came out.

But Seriously, I have always liked Shaq. Seems like a great guy off the court. Us "BIG GUYS" have to stick together.

No time. He signed a basketball for the base but spent his time with the kids. Then he had to go off to a school in the metro area for their youth basketball camp also.

What an awesome opportunity! But...Dang! He's HUGE!! That guy at the right side of the pict of is looking over at you guys like he's waiting for Shaq to pick you up and eat you for lunch or something.

Daspes, Shaq has missed 5,000+ free-throws. He's missed more than some hall-of-famers have attempted. Earning the nickname Big Brick. He hovers just above 50% during the regular season and has fallen below 50% in the post season. Great guy, just don't let anyone foul him. Seeing how big he is, you'd think he could just reach over and drop the ball in from the free-throw line.
