Wanna compare "pro team" football records? From either side of your state.

But I will admit, Cutler is the most talented QB the Bears have had since Sid Luckman. McMahon was a great leader on the field but the guy couldn't throw a spiral to save his life.

To give up TWO 1st Round picks and a 3rd rounder? Heavy price for one QB.

On the flip, you have a QB that has proven himself and not a dud like MOST 1st rounders. Chicago has had serious QB problems for many years.....couple decades.

Back to the other side.....no WR's to throw to.

Draft picks don't win championships especially in the first year or two.

As for WR's, that's still to be determined now that we have a real QB. Although something tells me the Bears aren't done yet.

One thing I will say about Cutler is that he is going to learn real quick that he is now in a hardcore sports city. We're not easy going on soft personalities or slackers. Sports fans from NY & Boston know exactly what I'm talking about too.

So let's not forget the Bears also signed free agent Pro-Bowl Left Tackle Orlando Pace today. This was big, especially for Cutler.

I wouldn't count that choker as a lottery win.... Only thing I liked about Cutler in Denver was that I could count on him to choke and Denver to lose when it counted...

If we're going to brag about our teams in the NFL, let's get real.

The Chicago Bears have 8 NFL Championships and 1 Super Bowl win. Second only to the Greenbay Packers. However, the Chicago Bears are the winningest team in NFL history with 700 wins. They have also retired more uniform numbers than any other team (13), and have had the most players inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame (26).

For the record, the Vikings have never won a Super Bowl. Now that's real.

Oh and now there is talk in Chicago that the Bears are going after a 1st WR. Speaking of 1st, first up to talk with is Boldin. Rumor has it he is interested in discussions with the Bears. Think their new QB is playing a part in this?

Aside from him, there are a handful of 1st Wideouts in free agency. There will be another trade for a all-pro WR.

And Devin Hester can go back to doing what he is the best at.

Cincy would have good teams if they had good owners.

Brown is nothing like his father and doesn't know football and doesn't care to get a good team. Lost track of the Reds ownership after Marge Schott died but there hasn't been any good leadership there since before Schott.

ThunderbirdJunkie hates her and Pete Rose. Pete Rose is an a-hole.

Anthony Munoz, on the other hand, is one awesome, class act. ThunderbirdJunkie used to see him once a week, and we got to chat for a bit before he even realized who he was. Very cool dude.

That being said...Pete Rose once grabbed ThunderbirdJunkie's mom's butt and almost got whooped by his dad :lol:
