I can not go to sleep. For the past 4 days straight I have been up all day...What is wrong with me??? I've tried sleepin pills and they do not work...

Try running a few miles - wakes you up for about a couple of hours and then makes you really tired.

(I do that about 2-3 in the morning and then when I get home about 7 - I'm out)

Lmao I will state for the 10th time. I do not promote drugs in anyway nor do I do recreational drugs for anything. The only drugs I take are prescription and those include 500mg of Naproxen, 50mg of Flexeril, and 5mg of Clairitin (the allergy med) Anyways I may make comments about drug use or alcoholism but I do not do them simply because I can not. If I take one sip of alcohol or something that contains liquor I immediately throw up. As far as mary jane I'm allergic to that and it makes me itch super bad. Crack doesn't exist in SW Oklahoma and neither does heiron but now ICE/aka Meth does and that doo doo can just stay the f' away from me. My sister did it and I know what it does to people so for the last time I will state: I DO NOT DO DRUGS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE IS: THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT.. :P :lol: :o

But seriously..I've tried knocking myself out, I've tried to sleep without any lights period and I made my room so dark it was a lil creepy to say the least :shock: I've tried medicines, and I've tried home remedies.. If I can't go to sleep in the next few days I might have a psychological problem in which then I need to talk to a therapist.. am I correct?

I always go hit the gym, run, or swim a few laps (when the pool is open). See if a good workout and a hot shower will do the trick.

You might want to give Melatonin a try...

It works for me... knocks me right out. I had to play with the timing / dosage so that I was actually able to get up in the morning ;-)

lol...I just got really depressed because I didn't have a girlfriend or fiance anymore and it really hurt so I got really depressed and that's what my psychologist said..
