ESPN is such a disappointment, I'll admit I don't follow the NFL too much but, seems ESPN has gone the way of MTV and become more the CNN of sports. Everytime I flip thru my Direct TV all I I ever see in ESPN shows SportsCenter. ESPN News is Sports Center for people w/ ADHD, and ESPN is full of gems like "Best of Mike and Mike in the Morning" because RADIO makes great TeeVee.... Poker, golf, and fishing aren't sports as much as they are hobbies, and it seems ESPN doesn't broadcast sporting events anymore, or nearly to the extent I imagine they could like the on the ABC Wide World of Sports of my childhood. I'm just saying it could be better.... |

yep... I only tune in now for one edition of SC, Baseball tonight, and actual games. WTF is with the World Series of Poker and Wold's Strongest Man reruns taking up 50% or the programming? |

I haven't watched ESPN much at all since they stopped showing NHL. You'll find me on VS watching fights or Hockey or, heck, even hunting is more interesting (to me) than the World's Strongest Man and golf. I think even Spike plays more sports than ESPN anymore. |
