Lonely kids trying to grab attention. Nothing more. No different from any other group fo kids. I loved New Wave and Punk music, but I did not need to dress that way. I didn't need to feel like I was part of any group. I was friends with all cliques when I was in school. Jocks, Hoods, Nerds, Preppies, drug dealers, vampires, cannibals, nudists, Cavemen. Even my closest friend has been appearing on those insurance commercials and when I come visit, he lets me ride his pet Sabertooth. |

They're all just loser's looking for attention and to be "cool" like most everyone has said. There is no difference between them and the emo kids except they have fake tails. I always made fun of those kids, thought they we're losers. The typical beer drinking, pot smoking teens are still out there, but dwindling. Its becoming more of a scene thing to join rather than being yourself. Its annoying. They all think they have to wear a certain style or brand of clothing to be cool or fit in with everyone. I wore a pair of blue jeans and a t-shirt all the time with no certain style and had plenty of friends in most all the different "cliques". People just don't know how to be themselves. |
