In case some don't know... an illegal immigrant was recently shot and killed by a border patrol agent after allegedly throwing rocks at him... but that's not what I'm posting about... http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100609/ap_on_re_us/us_border_patrol_shooting The article says a spent 40mm round was found in the area of the body?   When did the border patrol get issued 40mm guns for security?!  I'm assuming it was a typo

Unfortunately at the bottom of the article it says was a typo and was a 40 cal round. Too bad it wasn't a 40 mil though

40mm....great idea for the Border Patrol to use. I l vote for it. Get them some 50cals and some Bradley's out there. |

Unless the mesicans come over with Bradleys or M-1's, the 40mm would be overkill. It is more than 1 1/2 inches in diameter. More of an anti tank round. What would an illegal look like after getting hit with depleated uranium?

That was great. I'm forwarding that on to some close buddies. (also newest is that the mexican police/ soldiers brazenly crossed with firearms to recover that .40 shell casing. dummies must not know about cameras) |
