too small. the LEAF needs... Quote: 120-volt, 15 amp breaker, 12 amp maximum allowable draw, 1.4 kilowatts (1.9 hp) -- or -- 220/240-volt 30 amp supply (5.2 kilowatts (7.0 hp) allowable draw) for standard household type hookups. you'd need something closer to this...  1400w rated, 2000w surge. might just make it for mobile recharging.

This Generator would make the tires smoke  If you dumped enough bleach on the tires that is. I know the Generac 7000E out classes the Leaf. 7000 Watts & 8700 Surge. Hope my Wife does not kill it when the power is out

most decently powered electric cars without the "traction control" sort of deals will smoke the tires.. and then speed away at 30 mph.. lol the fun part to do, is to do the math to see how many square yards of photovoltic it would take to even come close to keeping up with the optimal drain I'd imagine the 12v jump starter kits will see some modifications and re-applications for use as "emergency" packs to get the vehicle ~ 5 miles or something Fix-a-Cell Emergency Power Source .... Now go make some money and send me royalties |

| This stuff is ROTFL!!!! I'm out shopping for green (diesel) colored fuel cans for that "stuck in the middle of nowhere" emergency and what a unique and funny save an all electric car would need for the same thing. Wonder what premium brand of gasser generator you would need for Tesla??

whatever it is.. makes sure you have a premium brand of fire extinguisher on hand too  like a BC with a graphite mix
