Post subject:  New run for this Saturday 9/8
Heartbreak Ridge

Yup. Going back to BB. Nice and cool up there. This is a new trail that we did a couple of weeks ago with the MJR group. Great trail and i want to do it again. Now this is a difficult trail. All KJ's must have: lift, Boulder Bars, and good tires.

We are going to meet off the 38 at mile post 41. (AROUND THE BACK SIDE OF BB, HEADING DOWN TOWARDS ANGLES OAKS AND REDLANDS) This is the trail head of 2n01 that will take you to Juniper Springs Group Camp Grounds, and Round Valley Group C.G. LOOK FOR THE SIGNS. We will meet there off the 38 @ 9am. Once there, we are going to head over to 2n02, then down to Heartbreak ridge, 2n16y. Then up though a neat little short cut back to 2n01.

From the beginning of Heartbreak to 2n01 is only 8 mile, so I would say about a 4 hour trip. Some cool places to stop and look around. Bring some food and water.

Again..... 38 and F.R. 2n01 at 9a.m. Saturday the 8th. I'll be on Channel 20 at the meeting spot.

Well I got the wrong bars so looks like I wont have my new bars until Wed or so. Unfortunately I didn't find out they were the wrong bars until after I had taken off my OEM bars, so definitely no wheeling for me this weekend.

I was tempted to steal the ones off JJ's blue KJ since it didn't look like it was coming off the rack any time soon, but they didn't seem to like that idea. :P
